“The service that MyChoice provided me was just outstanding. When I found out that I was pregnant, I was without words and lost. I didn’t know what I would do. At the time, I wasn’t on the best terms with my family and had no place to go. Life Services and MyChoice took me into their Maternity home. It was a warm and loving environment with the House Parents (The Brown’s) and a place for me to feel safe and not judged. I never felt alone being there. They helped me learn about my choices and a way to get closer to our Lord and Savior and a way to love myself again. On my down days, the clinic would allow me to always have someone to talk to. I gave my son up for an open adoption (which was the hardest decision I had ever made) and the staff at the Maternity home and MyChoice was there for me. They made me realize that no matter what, there is no easy choice. The staff there became part of my family and I don’t know where I would be without and their guidance they gave me. I recently got married 2 years ago and I was so blessed to have had the staff and maternity parents be part of my day. To this day, I still see my son and share every moment I get with the staff that helped me give this boy a life.
